I am excited to share what I made for this years Handmade Gift Exchange. I'm sorry the pictures are so bad. Unfortunately, we had a week of rain and I could never grab a good picture before I needed to get it into the mail.
I decided to make a craft apron with a sweet little pocket that can be used to store scissors or any other crafty tidbit. I had so much fun choosing the fabric combination for this. I have a huge love of polka dots and I love this combination. Special thanks to Amelia, my dress form. ;)
So without further ado...
I also included a little pincushion. I just love making those!
Can't wait to do the next gift exchange! Maybe you all will join me?

Handmade Gift Exchange
It took a little bit of courage for me to join this year's Handmade Gift Exchange at Craftaholics Anonymous. I am so happy Linda decided to do a newbie exchange this year. I don't know about you all, but I'm always a little intimidated about sharing my work with other crafties.
Janet made me a handmade apron with a super cool pattern that looks a little like mandalas. I haven't been able to get a good picture of it yet, but I absolutely love it. Then she also sent me a stack of these handmade Christmas coasters! Aren't these soo cute?! And wrapped with baker's twine! MY FAVORITE! I just can't wait to put them out in our living room for the holidays.
Thank you Janet, my secret elf! I absolutely love everything you sent! Stay tuned for my gift for the exchange. Can't wait to share with you all what i made.
My gift is on it's way to it's new home and won't be there until tomorrow so I am going to wait to share what I made so I don't spoil the surprise. But I am really excited to share what my wonderful secret elf made for me. Thank You Janet!
It's always so fun to receive a gift in the mail, and it's even MORE fun to receive it from someone you have never met. How cool is this?
